Located at the prime land of Singapore, standing 11-storey tall in Dhoby Ghaut, approximately 50,000 m² in gross floor area, is the permanent campus for the School of the Arts (SOTA). This is Singapore’s first pre-tertiary specialised arts school. It is also here that Jurcem^® Skimcoat Plaster’s artistic characteristic is clearly demonstrated.

The smooth thin layer of Jurcem^® Skimcoat Plaster filled the surroundings with a natural concrete finish from the walls to the beams, creating a basic and yet an artistic milieu for inspiring talents. The coating of Jurcem^® Skimcoat Plaster is superbly easy to apply. Just mix about 12.8 to 14.4 litres of water to every 40kg bag of Jurcem^® Skimcoat Plaster, it can cover approximately 33m² of substrates if applied in 1 mm thickness. In SOTA, approximately 387,750 m² of area was covered with Jurcem^® Skimcoat Plaster.
