We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:

Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and technical resource in the application and usage of existing and new products
• Conceptualize and develop new innovative products and improved formulations through design, experiment and technology
• Lead and conduct laboratory investigations and provide technical advice
• Evaluate and test new materials for use in existing and new products
• Assist sales force in developing solutions for customers
• Training of staff, applicators and customers
• Ensure analysis and testing procedures are accurate and in conformance to regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in cement manufacturing or building materials industry preferred but not rigidly necessary
• Strong in laboratory fundamentals
• Self driven, energetic and pioneering
• Dynamic team player
• Alert on developments, innovations and changes
• Past supervisory experience an added advantage
• Singaporean or Singapore PRs only
